Job Title: Front Office/Sales
Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, as well as managing the front office operations of the clinic. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and maintaining patient records. The Front Office Executive must be a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
- Prepare and maintain patient records
- Answer patient questions and provide information about the clinic's services
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, billing, and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
- Work with the clinic manager to ensure that the front office is running smoothly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Social Media
