Program Management Assistant Analyst - Cairo Business Services (French Speaking) [Egypt]


 

Responsibilities

Design a programme management framework (5-10%)

  • Carry-out Gate 1: project definition & charter (such as price / cost to execute)
  • Carry-out Gate 2: Feasibility site assessment / RTM / COGS 1st assessment

Manage programme (80-90%)

  • Carry out Gate 3 i.e Scale up, including implementation of project management systems & tools, follow-up on capex / trials management on site & first implementation
  • Carry out Gate 4 i.e Launch (SC scope : R&P Orders / Artwork / systems & data updates / Prod plan / 1st prod follow up…)
  • Provide hands-on and administrative support
  • Identify problems & issues to address, carry out risk escalations
  • Capture and communicate opportunities and new productivity initiatives
  • Monitor progress, status, benefits realisation as well as actual, planned and forecasted costs

Monitor programme performance (5-10%)

  • Carry out Gate 5 i.e Review & Learn
  • Collect projects feedbacks from all stakeholder
  • Consolidate and co-analyse feedbacks with BU
  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
  • Facilitation of business change impact review sessions
  • Documentation of best practices and failure analysis, conduction of review close outs and maintenance of actions database
  • Running checks for compliance of deliverables with PepsiCo standards
  • Sharing document to BU relevant to the project type (best practices, frameworks for similar projects, action plans, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken C1)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with both internal and external customers working within logistics operational environment (usually min 1 yrs exp.)
  • Demonstrated project management / project engineering experience running projects within an FMCG environment. (min 2 yrs exp)
  • Experience defining programs requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Working Knowledge of MRP required (pref. SAP)
  • Working Knowledge of Power Apps/BI or similar reporting dashboard software preferable
  • Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
  • Demonstrated coordination of disparate groups to drive problem resolution
