As Business & Analytic Manager, playing a key role in the Customer Care department, you provide important insights to improve the operation of the team.
Reporting to the Vice President for Customer Care, you oversee the business controlling and development of business cases for continuous improvement of the Customer Care department.
Your key responsibilities
Customer data analysis, business case development and management team support
End-to-end Customer Care business controlling
Support for internal and external stakeholders with data and business insights
Power Bi super/expert user:
Development, optimisation, and maintenance of Power Bi dashboards
Dashboard creation and maintenance
Secure transfer of key dashboards to Power Bi
Continued development and data validation
Warranty reporting ownership. Reporting of monthly costs associated with quality as well as warranty reporting analysis
P&L management for the Field Service teams.
What you bring
You have a background in financial controlling and reporting as well as experience with project management.
Moreover, you bring the following skills:
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Customer-focused and solution-oriented
Accountable and driven to achieve
Comfortable collaborating across teams, cultures, and time zones.
